Out of town guests looking for Locally Owned Family Restaurant

We came to Greenville to attend the Weekend To Remember Marriage Conference and decided to check out the area for a place to eat. Just looking for something quick and started to go to a chain fast food restaurant when I pointed out Bikas Drive In to my husband and told him that I wanted to try a restaurant different from what we have at home. We pulled in to the parking lot where there weren't many cars and he was a little leary, but I reminded him that it was still a little early in the evening, that we were probably just beating the crowd. After we placed our order with the very nice and friendly young man at the counter, we took our seats in the small, but clean dining area. WOW!! Both of our mouths dropped open when the young man brought our food. After he walked away, we both looked at each other and said "we're never going to be able to eat all of this food!!" It was delicous! So good in fact that we ended up eating lunch there on Saturday and Sunday both, each time the staff was very friendly, polite and very efficient. Sunday, the owner was there and we spoke to him wanting to let him know how much we enjoyed his restaurant. We both came to the conclusion that Bikas is definitely a treasure find in Greenville!!

a blast from the past with delicious food

The staff is friendly, they have an old timey juke box and arcade games (where else can you find pac-man AND Donkey Kong?!). I had their specialty (the Hungry and wow, was it good. Its ground beef with greek spices and onions mixed in. Its HUGE-my fiance and I split it and it came with fries and 2 onion rings for garnish-so cute! They have a chicken one that I'll get next time. I'd definitely recommend you try it!
